    Spectrum Nylon PA6

    Polyamide PA6 (Nylon) – is an extremely durable, technical material. Parts printed from Nylon have not only a high resistance to abrasion, but also a high temperature resistance. In addition, polyamide PA6 is characterized by good insulating properties, chemical resistance to greases, oils and high mechanical strength. The above features make it applicable to print functional parts, including slide bearings, gearwheels or guideways. Nylon PA6 filament is very sensitive to moisture. In order to obtain the best performance of the printed object, it is recommended to dry the material carefully before printing. Spectrum Filaments PA6 as one of the few is also characterized by very low shrinkage of approx. 0.3%.

    Advantages of Nylon PA6 - very low processing shrinkage 0.3%, high temperaturę resistance, easy separation of the object from the table, resistance to abrasion, a wide range of applications, chemical resistance to greases and oils, high mechanical strength, and very strong lamination of layers.
