Forward AM PC-ABS FR

Ultrafuse® PC/ABS FR is a premium flame‑retardant blend of Polycarbonate (PC) and Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS), engineered for demanding electrical, automotive, aerospace, and industrial applications. This material delivers the mechanical strength of PC, the printability of ABS, and meets UL94 V‑0 requirements at both 1.5 mm and 3.0 mm thicknesses.

• UL94 V‑0 Flame Retardancy Certified flame‑retardant performance at 1.5 mm and 3.0 mm thickness — ideal for housings, enclosures, and safety‑critical components.
• PC‑Level Strength + ABS‑Level Printability Combines high tensile and impact strength with lower printing temperatures compared to pure PC.
• High Thermal Resistance HDT of 79°C at 1.8 MPa and 86°C at 0.45 MPa, enabling use in elevated temperature environments.
