3DXMAX® PC is a premium polycarbonate 3D printing filament engineered for high‑heat, high‑strength applications. Manufactured using Lexan™ polycarbonate from SABIC, this material delivers exceptional thermal stability, mechanical strength, and dimensional accuracy—making it ideal for functional prototypes, production tooling, and industrial end‑use parts.
With a glass transition temperature of 147 °C, 3DXMAX® PC offers one of the highest heat‑resistance profiles available in FDM/FFF printing. Its amorphous structure provides low, near‑isotropic shrinkage, enabling precise, stable prints with excellent surface quality. Designed for both advanced consumer printers and industrial systems capable of reaching 280–310 °C, this filament is built for demanding environments where performance matters
